Scope and General Provisions
The online shop www.vbeauty.ch is operated by VBEAUTY Labs GmbH. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and offers provided via www.vbeauty.ch. Our service is exclusively aimed at customers in Switzerland. By placing any order on www.vbeauty.ch, you agree to be bound by these terms. VBEAUTY Labs GmbH reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time; changes will take effect upon publication on the website.

Products and Offer
All products displayed on www.vbeauty.ch are non-binding and intended for guidance only. Despite careful maintenance, product descriptions may differ from the manufacturer's specifications. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of this information. Customers are asked to observe the respective information on the product packaging before use. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ in colour and design from the original.

Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices stated on www.vbeauty.ch at the time of ordering are binding and are stated in Swiss francs including VAT, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are calculated separately and vary depending on the order value and shipping method. We work with Swiss Post for delivery and offer Economy and Priority shipping options.
Should VBEAUTY Labs GmbH act as the biller, it is entitled, in the event that the payment deadline stated on the invoice is exceeded, to charge late payment fees of up to CHF 20.00 (excl. VAT) per reminder to partially cover the costs incurred. The reminder may be sent by email, in writing, or by telephone. If reminders remain unsuccessful, VBEAUTY Labs GmbH may assign the claim to a third-party debt collection agency or initiate collection proceedings itself. The debt collection agency will pursue the outstanding amounts in its own name and at its own expense and may charge VBEAUTY Labs GmbH additional processing and collection fees.

Registration and User Account
The use of our shop requires that you are of legal age and have legal capacity. All required data must be provided truthfully and completely when registering. The customer is responsible for maintaining and updating their personal data. There is no obligation to accept a registration.

Ordering Process and Conclusion of Contract
Your purchase contract is concluded once you have received an order confirmation from us by email. We reserve the right to reject orders without stating reasons. If a product is not available, we will inform you immediately and, if applicable, offer alternatives. The information you provide when ordering must be correct; otherwise, we reserve the right to rescind the contract.

Delivery
Where available, the ordered goods will be shipped within 1–3 business days after receipt and confirmation of the order. Parcels are delivered on business days by Swiss Post. Delivery times are non-binding and may be delayed due to manufacturer deliveries, which does not give rise to any claim for damages or withdrawal. Please inspect the delivery immediately and report any errors or damage within 14 days. Delivery is exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Transfer of Risk
The risk passes to you as soon as the goods have been handed over to the transport company. If shipping is delayed through no fault of our own, the goods are deemed delivered upon notification that they are ready for shipment.

Payment Methods
We accept credit cards (Mastercard, Visa), PostFinance, TWINT, and payment by invoice (via Klarna). All payments are processed securely.

Retention of Title
Until full payment has been received, the goods remain the property of VBEAUTY Labs GmbH. This applies to both private and business customers until all claims arising from the business relationship have been settled.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You can return the goods within 14 days of receipt without stating reasons, provided that the products are unused, in their original packaging, and undamaged. The customer bears the shipping costs for the return. Gifts (GWP) included with an order must also be returned or will be invoiced.
Opened or damaged products are excluded from the right of return and will not be accepted. If an opened or improperly packaged item is nevertheless returned, there will be no claim for a credit or refund.
In this case, the customer is responsible for the costs of re-delivering the goods.

Liability
VBEAUTY Labs GmbH is liable for damages only to the extent required by law. We assume no responsibility – to the extent permitted by law – for direct or indirect damages caused by improper use, misuse, or disregard of the application instructions for our products. The same applies to individual intolerances or allergic reactions.The content on www.vbeauty.ch is carefully maintained. Nevertheless, we assume no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information – especially regarding product descriptions, application instructions, or prices.
We exclude any liability – to the extent permitted by law – for damages arising from the use of our website, access to linked third-party pages, or technical malfunctions.
In the event of a proven product defect, we reserve the right to provide a replacement delivery or refund. Further claims, in particular for lost profits or consequential damages, are excluded.

Notification of Defects
Obvious defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods; otherwise, the goods are deemed accepted.

Data Protection
The protection of your personal data is important to us. Information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy, which is part of these GTC.

Severability Clause
Should any individual provisions of these GTC be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The respective legal provisions shall replace the invalid
provisions.

Amendments to the GTC
The VBEAUTY Labs GmbH online shop may amend the GTC at any time. The version available in the online shop is valid, and changes take effect immediately upon their publication on VBEAUTY Labs GmbH.ch.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes is – to the extent permitted by law – the registered office of VBEAUTY Labs GmbH.
