Return Policy / Right of Withdrawal
We offer you a right of return for products purchased from us within 14 days of receipt. The date of dispatch of the goods is decisive for observing the deadline. 
Returned products or packages will only be accepted in proper condition, i.e., undamaged, unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

Opened or damaged products are excluded from the right of return and will not be accepted. If an opened or improper item is nevertheless returned, there is no claim to a credit or refund.

In this case, the costs for redelivery of the goods to the customer are to be borne by the customer.

Defective products must be reported to info@vbeauty.ch within 14 days of receipt. After reporting, you will receive a return label from us. VBEAUTY bears the costs for this.

In any case, the customer is responsible for packaging the goods to be returned in a transportable manner and bearing the postage for the return. Damages/loss of the goods due to improper packaging will be charged to the customer. If the customer hands the goods over to a transport company, the customer bears the risk for the safe transport of the goods. The transfer of risk to VBEAUTY Labs GmbH only takes place upon arrival of the goods at VBEAUTY Labs GmbH.
